We want you to be confident when subscribing to Autosales Agent. If the Service is not a fit, we offer a straightforward refund policy—no lengthy questionnaires and no hassle.

23-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a paid subscription, contact us within 3 days of your initial charge (or first charge after upgrading to a new paid plan) and we will issue a full refund.

No questions asked. You do not need to provide a detailed justification. A brief note such as "please refund" is enough.

3How to request a refund

Email hello@autosaleshq.com from the address associated with your account and include:

• Your account email
• Approximate charge date (optional but helpful)

We aim to confirm refund requests within two business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method in the currency charged. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

4What is covered

• First-time paid subscriptions and first charge after upgrading to a higher tier.
• Annual plans refunded within the 3-day window (full refund of that charge).

5What is not covered

• Refund requests made more than 3 days after the eligible charge, except where required by law.
• Repeated refund abuse (e.g., multiple sign-ups to exploit the guarantee).
• Charges disputed directly with your bank while we are actively processing your refund request—please contact us first so we can resolve quickly.
• Third-party fees outside our control (e.g., currency conversion or bank charges).
• Taxes already remitted to the relevant authorities, except where a refund of the taxable amount is required by law.

6Cancellations vs. refunds

Canceling stops future renewals; it does not automatically refund past charges. To receive a refund within the guarantee window, send a refund request as described above. After the window, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

7Free trials

If you cancel before a free trial converts to a paid plan, you will not be charged. If you were charged after a trial, the 3-day guarantee applies from that first charge.

8Chargebacks

We prefer to resolve issues directly. If you file a chargeback without contacting us, we may suspend the account while the dispute is investigated.

9Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page applies to your purchase.
